Come join PYM’s new Youth Engagement Coordinator, Melinda Wenner Bradley, and local artist Gail Scuderi at our December Quarterly meeting! This will be an all ages, intergenerational program — families with children are especially encourage to attend! At 10AM Friends of all ages will gather for introductions and the program “All Together Now,” which will begin with a multigenerational activity to explore images, stories, and themes at this winter holiday time of year. After playing “silent squares” together, younger Friends will transition to their program with Gail Scuderi, where they will continue to explore their responses to the activity through art. For others, there will be a discussion with Melinda about how the whole meeting community can support children’s spiritual lives, including how to create multigenerational programs in a local meeting. Worship is at 11AM, and the younger Friends will return from their program for the final minutes of worship together with the community.
